Margaret Esdale  |  Special Counsel Solicitor

Margaret is a Central Queensland local. She relocated to Brisbane to complete her university studies and upon completion returned to work in Mackay as an articled clerk. Margaret has over 20 years’ experience as a practising solicitor. Margaret joined Chris Trevor and associates in 2004.

Margaret practices predominantly in the area of personal injury law. In 2019 Margaret’s expertise was recognised by the prestigious Doyle’s Guide who list her as a recommended lawyer in  Queensland Motor Vehicle Accident Plaintiff law. Margaret is a courageous solicitor who works tirelessly in support of her client’s claims. Her courage is reflected by her success in being the first Queensland solicitor to successfully test the new legislation for people injured in motor vehicle accidents.

Margaret enjoys getting to know her clients and finding out their stories. She applies her extensive knowledge and experience to achieve the best possible result for her clients. Clients regularly comment on her compassion and caring approach.

 

Margaret is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Gladstone Law Association, Australian Lawyers Alliance and Zonta Club of Gladstone.

Solicitor of the High Court of Australia
Justice of the Peace (Qualified)
