Monica completed her Bachelor of Laws through QUT and undertook her two year Articles of Clerkship on the Gold Coast where she practised for ten years in commercial law and wills and estates

Monica relocated to Gladstone and started with VAJ Byrne & Co Lawyers in 2007 where she continued as a commercial lawyer prior to commencing predominantly in family law.

 

Monica is admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.
