Cassidy grew up in a coal mining community west of Mackay before moving to Gladstone to complete her secondary schooling. After studying law at Central Queensland University, she began her career in personal injury law as a paralegal in 2018 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2020

Cassidy joined Chris Trevor & Associates in 2022 and returned to the firm permanently in 2023. She practises across a broad range of personal injury matters, assisting clients throughout Gladstone, Bundaberg and regional Queensland.

Her experience includes workers' compensation claims, mining accidents, dust-related diseases, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, public liability matters and insurance claims through superannuation funds. Cassidy is passionate about helping clients navigate what can often be a challenging time, providing practical advice, strong advocacy and genuine support throughout the claims process.
