Courtney McErlean

Courtney grew up on a cattle property outside Rockhampton and completed her schooling locally before studying law at Central Queensland University. She has worked in the legal industry for more than nine years and was admitted as a solicitor in 2021.

Courtney has experience across a range of legal areas but has developed a strong passion for personal injury law. Her experience includes workers’ compensation claims, mining accidents, motor vehicle accidents, public liability matters and insurance claims through superannuation funds.

She takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances and provide advice tailored to their needs. Courtney is committed to advocating for her clients and providing clear, practical support throughout the claims process.
